Project Overview

CoreLogic, a leader in property data and analytics, launched the Connect 2 Consumer (C2C) initiative to empower real estate agents amidst increasingly challenging market conditions. The product vision focused on equipping agents with advanced tools to manage and enhance lead generation, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. The initiative is designed to provide agents with AI-driven workflows and actionable insights that optimise their ability to compete and build long-term client relationships

Objective

To design and validate a market-leading product that enhances the real estate agent experience by improving lead quality, automating workflows, and enabling personalised customer interactions.

Approach

Discovery

  • Conducted qualitative research to identify real estate agents’ key challenges, including time constraints, data segmentation issues, and lead quality concerns.

Design Sprints

  • Developed and tested eight product concepts, iterating on feedback to refine solutions.
  • Focused on integrating agent preferences, such as hub-and-spoke platforms, into the design.

Prototype and Validation
