A property data house turns its agents into the product
Challenge
In a tightening property market, real estate agents win on relationships. Yet fragmented data, manual lead handling and disconnected platforms had agents spending more time on administration than on the clients who paid them.
Strategy
The platform vision was designed to strengthen (not replace) the agent’s role in the agent–vendor–buyer relationship.
Innovation
Eight rapid concepts were tested and narrowed to three: AI Lead Scoring for prioritising opportunities, Workflow Automation for removing repetitive administration, and a Hub-and-Spoke integration model that respects the tools agents already use. A clickable prototype showed how the pieces fit together.
Results
CoreLogic emerged with the evidence base to invest with confidence, and a product narrative that turns its underlying data advantage into something agents can feel on a Monday morning.
