Tuna Ventures Pty Ltd ("we," "us," "our") operates the DualCapture mobile application (the "App"). This page explains what information the App accesses, how it's used, and what it does not do.

Summary

DualCapture does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. It has no servers, no analytics, and no third-party tracking. Everything the App does happens entirely on your device.

Information the App Accesses

To do its job, DualCapture requests the following permissions from your device:

• Camera — used only to show you a live preview and to take photos when you tap the shutter button.
• Photos (add) — used to save the color and black-and-white photo pairs the App creates directly to your device's Photos library.
• Photos (read) — used only to display a small thumbnail preview of your most recent photo on the camera screen.

None of the images, camera data, or photo library contents the App accesses ever leave your device. We do not upload, transmit, back up, or have any ability to view any of your photos or camera activity.

Information We Do Not Collect

DualCapture does not collect:

• Your name, email address, or any contact information
• Location data
• Device identifiers for tracking or advertising purposes
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Any photos, images, or camera data

Third-Party Services

DualCapture does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. It does not share any data with third parties, because it does not collect any data to share.

Data Storage

All photos the App creates are saved directly to your device's Photos library using Apple's standard system frameworks. We have no separate copy, backup, or server-side storage of any kind.

Children's Privacy

DualCapture does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. Since the App collects no personal information at all, this applies equally to users of any age.

Your Rights

Because DualCapture doesn't collect or store any personal information on our end, there is no personal data for us to provide, correct, or delete upon request — none exists outside your own device. Managing what the App can access (Camera, Photos) is done through your device's Settings app at any time.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes — for example, if a future version of the App adds new functionality that accesses different information — we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
